Tec diving in Gozo with Blue Waters

Malta and Gozo are fast becoming a Tec diving paradise, with some incredible Tec dives available throughout the Maltese islands. More and more divers are adopting technical configurations in search of depth.

Here in Gozo we are blessed with deep water easily accessible for much of the coast. This means that some amazing deep walls, reef’s, tunnels and wrecks are primed for those looking to explore the depths.

Here at Blue Waters we offer the PADI Discover Tec, Tec 40, Tec 45 and Tec 50 courses. These courses range from a simple introduction to using Tec diving equipment, all the way to planning and executing technical dives up to 50m with up to 2 decompression cylinders containing up to 100% oxygen.

The courses are comprehensive and detailed, making sure that Tec diver students have all of the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to become confident, confident and safe technical divers.

Plus, conditions here in Gozo are ideal for the training dives throughout the courses. We have a wide range of confined water sites easily accessible from the shore, perfect to sharpen up those vital dive and safety skills.

We have a wealth of famous deep dive sites available, so those taking courses can be sure to enjoy their time underwater. Conditions here are usually excellent: calm, clear and forgiving. This means that Tec divers can focus on themselves, executing the dive plan and perfecting skills, rather than battling the conditions. This really makes for a relaxed and comfortable learning environment.
